Code of Conduct

Responsibility and integrity are essential elements of Designed to Talk’s culture. Our customers, partners, and employees trust us to make the right choices in how we conduct business and grow sustainably and in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

The Designed to Talk Code of Conduct sets fundamental principles to govern the way that we do business and work together. This Code is not the exclusive source of guidance and information on comprehensive compliance and expected behaviour, but it is a key resource for anyone who wants to know more about our principles and values and serves as the basis for other Designed to Talk policies and guidelines. All of us at Designed to Talk are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct.

ANONYMOUS REPORTING AND WHISTLEBLOWING

At Designed to Talk, we count on employees, contractors, suppliers, and any other stakeholders to report any concerns or violations of laws, our Code of Conduct or other policies, so that we live up to our standards of integrity, ethics and responsibility.

We therefore provide the appropriate means to report potential misconduct through the whistleblower portal and ensure that all reports are investigated impartially and that no one who reports a concern in good faith suffers retaliation or adverse action.
